CrossFit Lumberton is proud to announce our first competition, the “Raider Challenge!” We have teamed up with Lumberton Project Graduation and all proceeds will go directly to them! As CrossFitters, we love to help others and give back to our local community, so this was a no-brainer! The Raider Challenge will be held at the Lumberton High School parking lot on April 27th. This will be a tough but simple 3 WOD competition that will be sure to challenge your strength, will, determination, and work capacity!
There will be 4 Divisions, with a maximum of 20 competitors in each division:
- Men’s Standard
- Women’s Standard
- Men’s Scaled
- Women’s Scaled
Check-in will be from 8-8:30 am and the first heat will begin at 9 am. Please arrive on time! We plan on wrapping up the competition around 3-4 pm.

There will be cash prizes, swag, and other goodies given out to the winners of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place in each division. These businesses have generously donated prize items: RPM Speed Rope, Cyclone Speed Rope, PurePharma (fish oil), KT Tape, Smoothie King (gift cards), 183 FiT, Rock Tape, Wilson Chiropractic (massage packages), On The Run (gift cards), The Vitamin Shoppe (supplements), Strike Force Sports, Epic (protein bars), Getting Well Naturally

How to register: Send an email to email@example.com and let us know: what division you are competing in and what gym you are a member of.
We will also be hosting “The Fittest Raider,” an amateur competition that is open to the public! This will be a 3 WOD competition with the intention of getting more people interested in the type of training we do. No registration is required, and the entry fee is $10 per person. Anyone competing in The Fittest Raider may retry 1 WOD for an additional $5. This is a winner takes all competition with the top male and female each bringing home $50 cash and a 1 month membership to CrossFit Lumberton (On-Ramp included). Also, anyone who competes will receive 50% off the cost of their On-Ramp course if they start a membership with us!!! There will be no preset heats, anyone competing must do all 3 WODs between 9 am and 2 pm.
We will have food and drinks available for purchase. Project Graduation volunteers will be grilling up some food to keep you from going hungry or having to leave to go pick something up. We encourage you to bring chairs, portable canopies, tents, etc to keep you comfortable and out of the sun. There will be lots of space available so bring as much stuff as you want/need. We will also be raffling off a $300 gift certificate for the massage treatments of your choice at Renewed Touch in Beaumont!
