Cool Down:

  • Max Reps: KB Swings

The Tabata interval consists of 20 Seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 intervals, for a total of 4 minutes. There will only be enough rest between the intervals to get to the next station, reset the clock, and make weight/rower adjustments. Your score will be the total number of reps and calories completed with one large score at the end. As there are only 3 rowers, some people will be starting in different stations.
