Thruster:
Find a 1Rep Max
~Then~
Max Effort Thrusters (95/65) 

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:
8 Ring Dips
16 Kettlebell Swings (55/35) 

Notes: After you have successfully found your 1 rm, you will load the bar to your desired weight and perform as many thrusters as you can without dropping the bar. This is a spot on the board we have yet to have filled. Perfect time to stake your claim as the top spot!

There are still spots available for the women’s competition this Saturday at CFB. It’s free to compete. There is a scaled and standard division. Its a local only comp, so you’ll know most everyone there. Make Plans! email neal@crossfitbeaumont.com to get signed up!

Any fellas who want to help outwith judging/scoring, please email neal at the same address as well. It takes volunteers to get things like this going right!
