Back Squat: 1X8 @ 65%, 1X8 @ 70%, 1X5 @ 80%, 1X5 @ 85% – rest 1:00-2:00 between sets.

3 minute AMRAP of:
3 Power cleans @ 135/95#
6 Push-ups
9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute.

    I was ON THE FLOOR when I got finished but I felt great! I got 3 rounds each time (using 55#…thanks, Neal for making me go up from the 45# I was going to use) with a few seconds extra rest. Last round I got in the 3 cleans.
    Got all my back squats at the % except the last one. Only got 3.
    It was a good day. HUGE Rooster Crew!

    Backsquat @ % of 285 lbs. 16 rounds @ 115 lbs. Had 30 – 35 seconds left over each time, not enough time for one more – looking at all those rounds of 20 -26 above, I should’ve pushed it more. Next time.

    Used 190# on last set of back squats.
    20 rds RX on The Chief. Not a PR. Got 22 the first time I did it but I was fresh that time. Did alot of heavy squats today at CFBC and at CFB. Getting stronger and tougher and that’s what it is about.
