CrossFit Mid-County is having their re-Grand Opening at their brand new location this Saturday at Noon. They will be doing their specialty WOD, “The Mid.” If you have never been to any of our sister gyms, this would be a great time to visit! They will be hanging out and BBQ’ing for most of the afternoon so bring a chair and some food/drinks. More info can be found on their website HERE


 On October 20th, CrossFit Mid-County, along with numerous other gyms worldwide will be hosting Barbells For Boobs. This is CrossFit’s annual fundraiser for Breast Cancer. We will not be having any classes that morning, and hope you will join us. Get a partner and plan to participate. More info can be found here.

    Today was awesome! I can’t remember my time, but I was able to do the whole workout without having to substitute (except for weight). That’s progress!!!
